Evan Joyce established EJ Construction Group in 2014 and has built a skilled and creative team that shares his passion for building luxury custom homes and completing bespoke renovation projects.

Evan and Project Manager Matt Mitchell bring years of on-site experience, each offering unique skills and expertise to tackle challenges across all trades. Their extensive time on job sites has honed their sharp attention to detail, allowing them to spot gaps and potential issues before they become problems. Matt and Evan excel at precision and selecting the right tools for the job, ensuring they can lead teams and projects where exceptional craftsmanship is non-negotiable.

We check, double-check, and check again. From precision cuts to grout lines that align with key features, it’s the little details that make all the difference. And if we do make a mistake, we own it and fix it right away.

Matt keeps our projects running smoothly from start to finish. With a sharp eye for detail and a calm, solutions-focused approach, he’s the link between our clients, trades, and suppliers. Whether he’s coordinating schedules or making sure the smallest finishing touches are spot-on, Matt’s all about delivering a high standard of work. He’s approachable, organised, and always one step ahead.
